Track Rules

To make your stay with us enjoyable and rewarding, please familiarize yourself with the following rules we will ask you to follow during your visit. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Alcohol: Guests may not bring alcohol onto the grounds of Norwalk Raceway Park. We share the same classification and license as Cleveland Browns Stadium, Jacobs Field, and Walt Disney World, (etc.).  

Beer is available on the property in various locations.  The Norwalk Lions Club receives all income generated, allowing them to participate in and fund many charitable acts in our community.

ATM Machine: Located on the Bud Side underneath the Motz Grandstand, the machine is owned by National City Bank. 

Coolers: Coolers less than fourteen inches wide are permitted.  All others must remain in vehicles. 

Customer Service: Our customer service locations on both sides of the track serve as an information hub for all our events.  Both locations are underneath the grandstands next to our merchandise stores.  For our racers, for most events, payout is located in the Bud Side Customer Service.

Glass Bottles, containers, etc:  Our racers rely heavily on us to prohibit glass containers of any kind from being brought onto the property to protect their tires.  Please respect their right to a safe racing surface!

Golf-Carts, Four wheelers, ATV’s, scooters, bicycles, mini-bikes, skateboards, rollerblades: All events at Norwalk are Foot Traffic Only.  Handicapped guests are the sole exception to the rule.  On select occasions, a handicap guest must secure written permission prior to the event for the use of a golf cart. Racers are permitted one tow vehicle. 

Merchandise, Souvenirs:  Quality sweatshirts, T-shirts, hats, and a number of other clothing lines are available at the Quarter Mile Clothing Company on the Bud Side, and the Norwalk Junction on the Bar’s Leaks side.  Toys, Diecasts, select over the counter medicine, and candy is also available.

Ohio Lottery Instant Win Games:
On sale on the Bud Side of the track.

Parking: Our grass lots are free of charge and are staffed by local volunteer groups raising money for various causes. 

Payments accepted: We accept Visa or Mastercard and cash at the gates.

Re-Entry Policy: If exiting the park for any reason, you must have a hand stamp AND your ticket stub to return. 

Restrooms:  Full service, handicapped accessible restrooms are available on the Bud Side of the track. 

Showers: Showers are available on the Bud Side of the track.  Tickets are available at the concession stand for $3.  Showers are open early in the morning and remain open late to accommodate as many people as possible.

Water: Available from spigots underneath the Motz Grandstand on the Bud Side and underneath the John Force Grandstand on the Bar’s Leaks side.
